Standard Shipping and Processing

Due to delays related to COVID-19, current orders may delayed to arrive in 4 to 24 business days.

Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service or UPS Ground services. Items ordered at the same time will not necessarily be delivered together.

We apologize but we are currently unable to ship to U.S. Territories, international locations, Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Box addresses.

Tracking Your Order

There are several ways to track the status of your order:

Order Discrepancies

If you find a mistake with your order, or if you fail to receive it within the expected shipping time, please contact Pexfix’s customer service immediately. Please report any item discrepancy or damage within 30 days of ordering so we can research and review the issue in a timely manner.

Address change

Unfortunately, the shipping address for an order cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
